Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Shipments will be initiated from Monday to Friday only. In case of high volume of orders and for any change or delay in shipment, it will be communicated to the customer through email

Customers will receive the shipment confirmation and tracking number on the date of commencement of the shipping.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Guru Sai Healthcare Products is responsible for only GST of the products sold and not responsible for any customs or other taxes applied to your order.
Damages
Guru Sai Healthcare Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to all countries outside India.
Returns Policy
No returns for the order shipped will be accepted but any how customer can cancel his order within 24 hours from the time of payment made. Product once shipped cannot be cancelled or cannot be returned.

Shipment Value Protection is what is known as an All Risks cover, with certain exceptions, covering a customer's goods in transit or storage worldwide.
Policy Period
Cover is available for a single shipment or continuously, for a maximum period of 12 months, at the option of the Assured
Assured
Bona fide cargo interests from whom DHL has received and accepted instructions to provide enhanced liability, prior to pick up of goods
Conveyances
Shipments by Air, Road or Rail
Territorial Limits
From all ports or places in the World to all ports or places in the World, but subject to Embargo and Sanctions Exclusions and excluding shipments from, to and within countries which have restrictive cargo liability coverage legislation. These countries are therefore subject to prior approval by underwriters
Subject Matter covered under Shipment Value Protection
Lawful goods and merchandise of every description, but certain goods are excluded or require prior approval by underwriters
Valuation
Suppliers invoice cost, plus freight, plus packaging cost, plus duty if applicable. Specific valuations are available in respect of sold, second-hand and reconditioned goods.
Principal Clauses
This Shipment Value Protection covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject- matter, except as excluded elsewhere in the policy.
